Stephanie Rydzewski is the Founder, Broker, and Owner of Evermore Realty, proudly serving Shawano County and the surrounding communities. Licensed in real estate since 2018, she has built her career on clear communication, strong local knowledge, and hands-on guidance through every stage of the buying and selling process.
Her experience includes residential homes, vacant land, lake properties, condominiums, and commercial real estate. She has also helped clients relocate across the United States by coordinating transactions and trusted professional connections to ensure smooth transitions.
Known for her ability to look at situations from multiple angles and find practical solutions, Stephanie works closely with local lenders, inspectors, title companies, and real estate attorneys to help keep transactions moving forward.
Stephanie is a commissioned Notary Public and an active member of the Shawano Chamber of Commerce and the Wolf River Builders Association. She also enjoys volunteering and supporting the local community.
Her experience working closely with buyers and sellers inspired her to found Evermore Realty — a brokerage built on trust, strong guidance, and doing things the right way for every client. Around here, that’s simply known as "The Evermore Way."
